Full-layer depalletizing system, with containers discharged at low level (800 \u2013 1200 mm).<\/p>\n

The layer separators on the pallet must be flat sheets or inverted trays (caps).<\/p>\n

A drawer-type head, holding the layer on all 4 sides, is mounted on a carriage that moves up and down on guides fitted to a 2-column structure, so that each layer can be picked up from its height on the pallet.<\/p>\n

The head pushes the layer onto an intermediate plate, then both move to the required container discharge height; the head then pushes the layer from the intermediate plate onto a motorized accumulation table, followed by a conveying and alignment system.<\/p>\n

The machine can be supplied with different levels of automation and accessories, depending on the production speed:<\/p>\n
