depalletizing system, with containers discharged at high level (from 2000 to over 4000 mm).<\/p>\n    <p>The separators between container layers on the pallet must be flat sheets or inverted trays (caps).<\/p>\n    <p>Available with different layer transfer systems:<\/p>\n    <ul class=\"gpm-list\">\n      <li>with push head<\/li>\n      <li>with magnetic head<\/li>\n      <li>with vacuum head<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>With the push head (only), the layer separators on the pallet must be flat sheets or inverted trays (caps).<\/p>\n    <p>The pallet with the containers is lifted by a carriage that moves up and down on guides fitted to a 4-column structure.<\/p>\n    <p>Once the layer reaches the set container discharge height, the head transfers it from the pallet onto a motorized accumulation table, followed by a conveying and alignment system.<\/p>\n    <p>The machine can be supplied with different levels of automation and accessories, depending on the production speed:<\/p>\n    <ul class=\"gpm-list\">\n      <li>with pallet placed directly on the lift and manual removal of tier sheets \/ trays<\/li>\n      <li>with motorized pallet infeed and outfeed conveyors<\/li>\n      <li>with automatic empty pallet stacker<\/li>\n      <li>with automatic tier sheet \/ tray removal system<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>The machine is supplied with an operator walkway at the height of the accumulation table and the relevant access stairs.<\/p>\n    <p>Process automation drastically reduces the need for manpower, improves operator safety and increases overall productivity, ensuring a faster and steadier flow of containers.<\/p>\n    <p>The modular design of the machine allows different layout configurations, according to the positioning requirements on the line.<\/p>\n    <p class=\"gpm-capacity\"><strong>Production capacity: up to over 4.5 layers \/ min,<\/strong> depending on the type of containers handled, the type of layer
