Loose container conveyors

The modular design of the conveyors ensures great flexibility in layout design, fast manufacturing and installation, and easy integration with existing lines.

All container conveyors have a structure made of AISI 304 stainless steel. For aggressive environments, they can be made of AISI 316 stainless steel.

The type of chain and/or belt is chosen according to the type of container conveyed, from the best brands on the market.

The side guide rails for containers – packs are made with a high-density polyethylene contact profile and an AISI 304 stainless steel reinforcing core, designed not to damage the product and the label. The guides are manually adjustable, but are also available with automatic adjustment.

The conveyors can be supplied with their own electrical control panel or integrated into an existing electrical system.
