Top-discharge depalletizer

Full-layer depalletizing system, with containers discharged at high level (from 2000 to over 4000 mm).

The separators between container layers on the pallet must be flat sheets or inverted trays (caps).

Available with different layer transfer systems:

• with push head
• with magnetic head
• with vacuum head

With the push head (only), the layer separators on the pallet must be flat sheets or inverted trays (caps).

The pallet with the containers is lifted by a carriage that moves up and down on guides fitted to a 4-column structure.

Once the layer reaches the set container discharge height, the head transfers it from the pallet onto a motorized accumulation table, followed by a conveying and alignment system.

The machine can be supplied with different levels of automation and accessories, depending on the production speed:

• with pallet placed directly on the lift and manual removal of tier sheets / trays
• with motorized pallet infeed and outfeed conveyors
• with automatic empty pallet stacker
• with automatic tier sheet / tray removal system

The machine is supplied with an operator walkway at the height of the accumulation table and the relevant access stairs.

Process automation drastically reduces the need for manpower, improves operator safety and increases overall productivity, ensuring a faster and steadier flow of containers.

The modular design of the machine allows different layout configurations, according to the positioning requirements on the line.

Production capacity: up to over 4.5 layers / min, depending on the type of containers handled, the type of layer transfer head and the machine’s level of automation.
