Crate loaders – unloaders for soft – flexible containers

Machines built entirely in stainless steel.

The containers are placed on trays, which are stacked on top of each other and must be separated one by one to allow the containers to be loaded and unloaded.

The layers are transferred with vacuum heads.

Available in both “Cartesian” and robotic versions, with different levels of automation and accessories, depending on the production speed:

• with the tray stack brought directly into the machines by the operator on a trolley
• with motorized tray stack infeed and outfeed conveyors
• with automatic water drip-off system
• with automatic transfer of tier sheet stacks from the crate unloader to the crate loader

Process automation drastically reduces the need for manpower, improves operator safety and increases overall productivity, ensuring a faster and steadier flow of containers.

The modular design of the machine allows different layout configurations, according to the positioning requirements on the line.

Production capacity: up to over 5 layers / min, depending on the type of containers handled and the machine’s level of automation, including the type and number of robots used.
