Drying tunnel
Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Lengths from 2000 to 5000 mm, depending on line speed and product type.
Motorized container conveyor inside the tunnel, of various types depending on the container to be treated.
One (1) high-capacity blower approximately every one (1) metre of tunnel (10 m³/min – 7.5 kW). A series of adjustable drying blades removes water from the top, sides and bottom of the containers.
Complete with noise-reducing enclosure (< 95 dB).
Stainless steel water collection tank.
Openable anti-splash side panels.
Possible residual water 0.1 – 0.3 g/container.
Electrical system with inverter motor control, to be integrated into a machine supplied by GPM Project or with an independent electrical panel.
