Drum fillers and palletizers
Drum fillers
Semi-automatic fillers that require the operator to start the filling cycle.
Once the filling cycle has started, the machine completes the filling up to the set product volume/weight on its own.
The product volume/weight is determined by a load cell placed under the filling station.
Available in versions with 1 – 2 – 3 filling stations.
Drum palletizers
Drum palletizers can be either Cartesian or robotic.
A dedicated hook head grips the drum from above and places it on the pallet; usually 4 drums per pallet.
The machines can be supplied with different levels of automation and accessories, depending on the production speed:
- with pallet placed on the floor
- with motorized pallet infeed and outfeed conveyors
- with automatic empty pallet destacker
Production capacity: up to 4 drums / min.
