Pallet conveyors and accessories

The modular design of the conveyors ensures great flexibility in layout design, fast manufacturing and installation, and easy integration with existing lines.

Different types of conveyors are available, depending on the specific needs of each project and/or the Customer’s requirements:

• roller conveyors, both idle and motorized
• 2 – 3 – 5 chain conveyors
• with one-way or two-way movement.

An already wide range of standard modules, meeting most market needs, can easily be extended thanks to a very agile design method, at no significant extra cost for the customer.

All pallet conveyors have a sturdy structure made of painted or galvanized steel.

The side guides are made of sturdy galvanized steel tubing, with manual adjustment, but can also be automatically adjusted.

Accessories

For complete pallet handling, the following are available:

• empty pallet stackers – destackers, with side arms or forks
• full pallet stackers
• elevators – lowerators for transferring pallets from one floor to another inside the plant

The conveyors can be supplied with their own electrical control panel or integrated into an existing electrical system.
